- Players will behave in accordance with the standards of conduct.

- Players will not take drugs
- No sexual activity
- Players will inform the coach organising the trip where they will
be at all times
- Players will adhere to all scheduling, curfews and timekeeping

sense of team spirit needs to be nurtured.

form.
4 - Trip fees are -£200 per week or £35 per day (6
players per coach), £300 per week, or £50 per day (4

the travelling coach and all other coach expenses not detailed below
(see trip costs for more details). The fee also includes organisation
of the whole trip, entries, withdrawals, LTA endorsements and all
other administration such as booking flights and hotels.
Additional expenses
These expenses will vary depending on the tournament. Some events
offer accommodation and all meals. Some just provide meals and some
nothing at all.
Player expenses – Flights, accommodation and food can vary
greatly from country to country, so every effort is made to use
budget airlines and travel to relatively inexpensive countries.
Coach expenses – these include flights accommodation, internal
travel and evening meal with the players. The trip fee covers all
other expenses. The cost to each player will not exceed 25% of one
coach’s expenses.
5 - Commitment to each trip is when the player’s entry has
been sent. The trip fee and flights must be paid for as soon as
the tournament acceptance list is known and flights have been booked
(usually 2 weeks before the start of each event).
6 - Players may withdraw from any trip up to one week before the
entry deadline. No refund of trip fees or any booked flights can
be made after this time for any reason.
7 - Acceptance of players onto trips will not necessarily be based
on ranking and rating although the likelihood of being accepted
for a particular draw must be taken into account.
8 - As many people have yearly travel insurance there is no group
provision for this. However it can be arranged for you if requested.
Please bring copies of your travel insurance policy documents on
the trip.
9 - Flights are booked when the entry list is known and are booked
for the duration of the tournament. In the event that all players
are out early a decision will be made by the trip coach as to whether
changing flights or staying is more cost effective. If parents request
their son / daughter to return before the rest of the team, they
must make their own arrangements to do so, however all help possible
will be given to accommodate this.
10 – Daily training sessions will be organised and supervised
where possible. Each player’s training will depend on their
match schedule and their individual coach’s requirements.
Practice courts will be booked when possible (this usually means
before and after scheduled matches). Each player will be expected
to have a copy of his/her own physical programme, which will be
monitored. Each player’s coach will be contacted before each
trip so that specific requirements can be followed. Unless there
are clashes, all matches will be watched and match stats done on
request. Coaches and parents can request specific trip and match
reports after the trip.
11 – All players/parents will be sent the trip itinery once
their entry status has been confirmed.
12 - All fees and costs are to be paid by cheque to Otto Buchholdt
and sent to 29 Sandlands Road, Walton-on-the-Hill, Surrey, KT20
